Zernari Has Started a Wheat Milling on Their Unique Mill in Olexandryia in Ukraine

First for Ukraine’s independent history original Swiss made mill was supplied by very well known company Buhler.

Production capacity of the mill is 2 lines per 150 tons of grain per day.
New modern technical decision by swiss producer of the mill guarantees high and stable quality of final products.

Zernari’s line of products are: semolina, wheat flour of Select/ high/first /second grade, fortified wheat flour as per FSSC/ISO 22000 /ISO TC 2202.

Beside it Zernari plans to produce under own trade mark various cereals as buckwheat, buckwheat flakes, oat flakes, corn grits, millets and wheat groats.
